SITU LODGE, QUIRIMBA ISLANDS, MOZAMBIQUE.
 
Situ is situated 35 km north of the town of Pemba in Mozambique.
 
The lodge has easy access to the Quirimba Islands and the warm tropical waters off the Northern Mozambican coast.
 
Situ sleeps 12 guests in six en suite reed and thatch chalets built along the beach under a canopy of palm trees.
 
The living area consists of a dining area and bar with a sun-downer deck built on the rocks with views of the ocean and islands.
 
The lodge has four boats ranging from a 38 ft Supercat to smaller alluminum boats for fishing the mangroves and nearby reefs and drop offs with light tackle.
 
The renowned St Lazarus Banks is four hours by boats and the lodge offers day or day / night trips out to the underwater mountain to target numerous species of game fish like trevally, wahoo, sailfish and tuna which abound in this area.
